Build in your Highball glass, with ice filled to the brim. Pour rum and add a measure of soda water. Balance and refreshen and let SAINT OGUN come through strong.

ODE TO HOME

A slow-sipping old fashioned warmer with a dash of pineapple juice. Balanced with plantain syrup for a flavour that encapsulates SAINT OGUN.

Build in Rocks/Tumbler glass over ice. Stir the rum, plantain syrup and and bitters until the glass is cold. Then float 15ml of pineapple juice on top.

50ml SAINT OGUN RUM

10ml Sweetboy Plantain Syrup

2 Dashes of cocoa bitters

15ml Pineapple juice

1-2-Groove

2 STEPPER

Lively and on the right side of sweet.

Shake over ice and strain, serve in a Coupe glass.

Add a slice of pineapple for garnish.

15ml Banana syrup

5ml Aperol

SAINT OGUN with ice - our recommended first taste, with a simple addition to an otherwise perfect serve.

SO DAIQUIRI

SAINT OGUN’s take on a refreshing classic.

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice, shake until chilled and then strain into a Coupe glass. (Float a single lime slice on top for a garnish touch).

50 ml SAINT OGUN RUM

20 ml Fresh lime juice

10 ml Sugar syrup

SWÉ BWÈ

Smooth and fruity, combining bitters with a delicate almond hint.

Shake all ingredients with ice once, and then strain back into a shaker. Dry shake without ice once, and strain again into an Old Fashioned/Tumbler glass with ice already in. Garnish with a couple leaves of mint sprig.

50 ml SAINT OGUN RUM

22.5 ml Fresh lemon juice

22.5 ml Fresh pineapple Juice

15 ml Orgeat syrup

2 dashes of Peychaud Bitters

DARA DARA SOUR

A little indulgence. Delicate and warming, our Dara Dara Sour cocktail.

Add ingredients to shaker and dry shake, before straining into another shaker, this time adding ice. Shake again and strain into a Coupe glass, finishing with two drops of the bitters.

Garnish with a maraschino cherry on a cocktail stick, balanced across the glass.

40 ml SAINT OGUN RUM

25 ml Amaretto liqueur

15 ml Lemon juice

5 ml Sugar syrup

Egg whites

2 drops of Angostura bitters

N & R / CALM SETTINGS

Putting our twist on a Negroni - Classic and White.

A soft and lush flip on a classic Negroni.

Add all ingredients to a shaker, with ice. Shake and pour slowly into a Rocks/Tumbler glass.

40 ml SAINT OGUN RUM

20 ml Vermouth rosso

20 ml Red bitter liqueur

10 ml Falernum

2 drops of cocoa bitters

CALM SETTINGS

A crisp, floral lift.

Add all ingredients to a shaker, with ice. Shake and pour slowly into a Rocks/Tumbler glass.

30 ml SAINT OGUN RUM

20 ml Elderflower liqueur

20 ml Dry vermouth

FRANK’S ARMCHAIR

Named after Sir Frank Bowling, a light and bright rum punch.

Add all ingredients to shaker with ice, shake, and then strain pour into a Tumbler or Highball glass. Add lime coin for garnish.

7.5 ml Cherry liqueur

15 ml Sugar syrup

Dash of grenadine
